Holly, what can we say but “thank you”.   You are absolutely the best.  I just finished the survey that the Hotel sent me; and like I wrote in the survey, the only bad part about staying at the Hotel was that we had to (obviously) leave!!  (and how awesome you are).  Denise is now settling into being “Mrs. Sutter”  .   Our guests have told us repeatedly how wonderful the wedding was.  The ceremony was a bit emotional when my grandson Anthony got teary eyed; needless to say, everyone was touched!!!! Holly Pacheco, Director of Catering, was efficient, highly professional and overall made our experience unforgetable. She was very positive and professional at all times.  Holly was helpful and attentive from the beginning, and provided detailed and knowledgeable guidance through the whole process. Our reception was flawless! The guests, including our immediate family, all commented on how great the staff was. Holly went above and beyond her duties in many ways. I really want to thank you and your entire staff for being so FANTASTIC..There were a lot of my friends that when they saw the Venue are considering doing their kids Bar or Bat Mitzvah there. Everyone was very impressed with the Restaurant, the Ballroom and of course the Bizarre. With the help of you and the rest of the staff I was able to put this event together in a months time, you all put me at ease with the planning and it went off without a hitch. Again, the reaction of all our guests were 100% positive. You handled every aspect of our event with the utmost attention to every possible detail. Our tasting was a wonderful experience, and the food was incredible.

During the Bar Mitzvah, you were there helping us every step of the way. You handled everything that “the nervous Mommy” was worried about and took care of it all without missing a beat.
