I want to take a few minutes and write in reference to my daughter’s 13th birthday party we celebrated at the Newport Beachside resort on July 29th. I booked the reservation with Viviana Sarno thinking that my daughter and her 12 girlfriends can spend the day at the pool/beach and eat lunch near the pool area but upon my arrival, I found myself in a state of shock because what I thought was a simple pool set up turned out to be a luxurious poolside reception.  Tears rolled down my eyes and I became very emotional because never did I imagine such an elegant reception.  My guests were completely impressed, my mother and daughter were shocked at how beautiful the area was set up.  Miss Sarno & Mr. O’Malley have given me and my family beautiful everlasting memories and I cannot thank them enough for what they did for my daughter.  Words cannot express the hard work everyone involved in my daughter’s party displaced and the level of class in which Mr. O’Malley and Mrs. Sarno delivered.

I will always consider the Newport for all my party needs and I hope the other teachers at my party will refer your resort for their entertainment needs.  Thank you for having such a wonderful and dedicated staff and for giving my daughter a dream birthday party.

Thank you so much for organizing the Beachside BBQ for the 2009 Les Clefs d’Or National Congress. You and your team did an amazing job and Charley, the concierge, was the greatest host. Everyone had a great time and your staff made everyone feel at home. The addition of the Spanish music was the perfect touch to the evening. Kudos to your entire team for providing us with such an extraordinary event.

On behalf of the FBTA Board of Directors, I would like to thank you for the wonderful Lunch hosted last Wednesday by the Newport Beachside hotel.  We were very pleased and satisfied with the quality of the food, the service and the venue and in particular with the quick response in handling the additional last-minute guests. The Newport Beachside has done a great job at renovating the public areas making them bright and lively but most importantly relaxed and welcoming for the guests. We are sure everyone who attended this event had the same impression and we hope this exposure will bring additional opportunities for your property.
