We arrived in your hotel before check in hour. This was a good thing due to Travelocity.com not doing there job. Thank you so much for fixing their mess. The resort is beautiful. The staff was superb. The only negative would be… we did’nt have enough time to enjoy the facility in full. In the area for Miami Boatshow. We will visit again!!
